Welcome to T&Z BUILDING MAINTENANCE LTD's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1) Services: The Company provides building maintenance services, including general contracting, project management, design-build, and remodeling. Specific terms for each project will be detailed in individual quotations and contracts 

2) Client Obligations

- Access: Provide necessary access to the property and facilities.
- Information: Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
- Payments: Pay according to the schedule outlined in the project contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3) Company Obligations

- Performance: Perform services professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication about project progress and potential delays.

4) Changes to the Project: Any changes to the project scope, materials, or timelines must be agreed upon with the relevant client or Architect. Additional costs resulting from such changes will be Taken on by the Client.

5) Warranties: The Company may warrant that the services provided will be free from major defects for a period of time from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by improper maintenance or external factors.

6) Limitation of Liability

- Indirect Damages: The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum Liability: The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
